Store/Return Policy

SHIPPING
Shipping time and cost depend on the delivery address and shipping option you choose. 

For destinations outside of the continental United States, delivery time cannot be guaranteed but estimated. AACA Museum Retail Store recommends adding 3-7 business days to the available delivery option. All fraudulant requests are reported to Federal Bureau of Investigations (aka FBI).


RETURN
For exchange or store credit, less shipping cost: 

  1. Contact the store by calling 717-566-7100 x103 during business hours of 10a - 4p EST. 
  2. Return postmark the package within 3 days of the receipt/delivery of the merchandise. For Express orders, return package must be postmarked within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note that any problems with the merchandise or order must be reported immediately, and returns must be postmarked within the time limit as stated above.

It is important that the return package be postmarked within the specified time for proper credit (even if RMA# was unobtained due to holidays, internet failure, etc.) Saturday is counted as 1 day but Sunday is not counted.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with the original tags, in its original product packaging. It is very important that the return items arrive in new, resalable condition, in original packaging to ensure full credit. AACA
 Museum Retail Store reserves the right to refuse or impose 25-50% restocking fees on all unauthorized, late, damaged, and/or items missing labels. Returns sent after the allowed period of time will be shipped back to the customer, and all costs incurred in returning the item will be charged to the customer.


Exchanges are subject to the regular shipping and handling charges starting at $5.95.

No returns are allowed for clearance, consignment, "AS
 IS", Gift Cards, wholesale orders, special orders, socks, and accessory items.
